We distinguish an AI Business Management System that we set up and transfer to your team from a phone workflow managed by Vertriebex. These are separate offers with separate services and costs. We agree the exact scope before work begins.
AI Business Management System: setup and handover
We set up a workspace for your business, test the agreed workflow and train your team. The binding scope and fixed price are set out in the offer. Your business uses and pays for external AI and tool services through its own accounts.

Process Check
For €490 net, we review one process for up to three hours: a discussion, a process map and an initial assessment of possible connections. The result is a fixed-price offer if the implementation is clear, a list of checks still needed, or a reasoned recommendation not to proceed. If you commission a project within 60 days, we credit the €490 against its package price. The first short conversation is free.
After handover

There is no mandatory ongoing management fee payable to Vertriebex for a handed-over system. Without ongoing support, your team operates and monitors it and responds to incidents. External subscriptions and usage charges are additional and depend on the agreed deployment.
We include an external connection in the written scope only after checking access, interfaces, terms, data and rights. Substantial migration, new connectors and event-triggered automation are assessed separately. Training to run a phone workflow yourself is included only if expressly agreed.

AI phone: managed Proposal Follow-up Sprint
The following price applies to following up existing B2B proposals where the called person has given documented prior explicit consent to the outbound call. Other purposes, such as incoming calls or appointment booking, need separate assessment and an individual offer.

What is included in phone delivery – and what is not
For the Proposal Follow-up Sprint, you provide a suitable existing contact list and someone responsible for callbacks. Sourcing or cleaning new lists, complex CRM/API integration, manual callbacks and closing sales on your behalf are not included. We specify the scope of quality review and any adjustment in the individual offer.
If you commission continuation for the same workflow, the monthly quality allowance covers up to 20 system-flagged records, up to 10 additional samples and one consolidated adjustment taking up to 60 minutes of implementation time. Once this review allowance is reached, we pause the affected workflow and agree the next step instead of continuing without limits. We review only material that may lawfully be created and processed for the project; this does not promise call recording.
Your phone number, connection and carrier run through your own telephony account and are not included in Vertriebex prices. When a sprint's included minute cap is reached, the campaign pauses; any extra usage requires separate written agreement in advance and is not automatically billed at the continuation rate. The sprint and continuation fees are not automatically combined in the same period.
We do not promise a number of people reached, appointments, sales or revenue. Before real use, we agree contacts, consent, information sources, conversation limits and handover to people.
